Kudu Bikes Triathlon Club - Lancaster Duathlon - 30th March 2008
On Sunday 30th March 2008 Kudu Bikes Triathlon Club held the
first Lancaster Duathlon at the Scale Hall Circuit (1500m cycle
track) at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre, Lancaster.
Race 1 TriStar Duathlon Race for 9-14 year olds. Distances: 1km Run+ 4km
Bike (Tarmac) + 1km Run
Race 2 Junior Duathlon Race Youths 15-16 year olds and Juniors 17–19 year
olds. Distances: 2km Run+ 8km Bike (Tarmac) + 2km Run
Race 3 Senior Duathlon Race 20+ year olds. Distances: 3km Run + 15km Bike
(Tarmac) + 3km Run
